A short intro to the standard shipping time and our policy!

Note that we are dealing with many providers so the goods will arrive in different packages.

Standard Shipping:

USA: Normally, the package shipped with the Standard Shipping should arrive in 12-20 days.

Canada: The Standard Shipping option takes about 16-26days to arrive. 

France/Europe: The Standard Shipping option takes about 14-20 days to be delivered.

Australia: Takes about 13-25 days to be delivered (Standard Shipping) ** except certain socks – please email us to know more**

Rest of the world: It is highly variable! For some island, It can be up to 40 days, but most of the time it is in the 30 days range.

Promotions and sales (Standard Shipping):

USA: Normally within 20-38days

Canada: Normally within 30-60days

Australia: Normally 23-45days

UK: Between 30-50days

Rest of the world: It is highly variable! For some island, It can be up to 60 days, but most of the time it is within the 30 days range.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

HANDLING

* N.B: Due to the huge number of orders, please allow 5 – 10 days for order processing (depending on stock availability) Once your order is shipped from the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you may visit the shipping carrier’s website and enter the tracking number to see the updated shipping status.

ZoomOff.com is not responsible for shipping or other delays which was beyond its control, such as poor weather conditions, acts of god, natural disasters, or custom delays in the recipient country.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items or items sold during sale periods are final sale only, please take extra care when choosing your preferred size or style, you can see the sizing chart on each products page.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

We are not held liable for any delays in pre order shipments. The pre order shipment date is a general date and can be subject to change.

Pre-order items are considered under the same rules as any other purchase’s, if you haven’t read the description correctly on the products page, you won’t be able to cancel this order, however we may be able to edit your pre-order for a different style/size.

Items which are on pre-order will have an estimated time frame for delivery. Due to the pre-sale nature of such transactions, you should expect a potential delay between the purchase of the product and its actual delivery. Delivery times are only estimated and are subject to change without notice. Our customer care team will be in touch should there be any unexpected delays with your order. Standard return policies apply to all pre-orders. Please make yourself fully aware of these conditions prior to placing a pre-order with us.

WRONG ADDRESS, NON-RECEIVED ITEMS OR RETURNS

If the item is not received/picked up by the client and sent back to us by the shipping company, the customer will be charged any fees incurred. The Customer will be charged a second shipping fee to re-send the item.

INTERNATIONAL DUTY AND TAX

Please note that duty, taxes and/or customs fees may apply for international orders. In some cases, the carrier may collect duty or taxes upon delivery. ZoomOff is not responsible for these duties, taxes and/or fees. If these charges are billed to ZOOMOFF by the carrier, we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file without notice.

Orders placed using a credit card with an international billing address will go through a process of fraud verification, which may delay the delivery time of your order. All international orders must have the same billing and shipping address.
